27 C-Level Executives gathered for a brainstorming session during the Design Thinking Workshop held last November 23rd at the Mondrian Hotel. The leadership activity provided our Executives a common ground to discuss PIH’s future and way forward.

The day-long activity was also attended by Vice Chairman and Group CEO, Mr. Ramez Al Khayyat and was facilitated by Business Model Coach, Ms. Monika Ackermann.

Attendees were divided into 5 teams and were given challenges to encourage teamwork, creativity and strategy while resolving problems. During the exercise, the teams agreed that for PIH to be sustainable, it needs to embrace innovations and employee diversity to face the challenges of the future.

Next steps: The attendees will cascade down the workshop to their teams and the top management will organize 4 brainstorming strategy sessions with professional moderators through 2020
